Michael Miller has been practicing as an attorney for 35 years. His focus has been on transactional sports, entertainment, and general business law with an emphasis on contract negotiation and drafting, copyright and trademark law, and new media law. Michael has also served as Co-Counsel for trials in general litigation.

During his 35-year career as an attorney, Michael Miller worked for many big corporate and entertainment firms as well as for film studios, including Hughes, Hubbard, & Reed, Armstrong & Hirsch, Twentieth Century Fox, ABC, and Sony. His focus has been on transactional sports, entertainment, and general business law with an emphasis on contract negotiation and drafting, copyright and trademark law, and new media law. Michael has also served as Co-Counsel for trials in general litigation. Michael graduated at the top his class at the prestigious UCLA Law School where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review. Michael has also had a long and successful career as a screenwriter. His work in the film industry includes the screenplay for the Emmy Award-winning “Joan of Arc,” for CBS.
