Vincent Jay Miller
Vincent Jay Miller is an Attorney at the Law Offices of Vincent Miller where he focuses on Divorce & Family Law and Litigation including on Elder Abuse, Probate, and Employment Law cases. Mr. Miller’s previous experience in education and as an administrator of social service programs gives him an unique approach as an attorney, with a passionate devotion to helping his clients. He has the reputation for being a tough negotiator in protecting his client’s interests.
James Jim
James has over twenty years of experience as a litigator and legal counselor. He has represented multinational and regional corporations in commercial, financial, real estate, franchise disputes and other litigation matters and, most recently, individual plaintiffs in employment and civil rights side actions.
Prior to joining The Law Offices of Vincent Miller, James worked as deputy attorney general in the California Attorney General’s Office and later established and managed a small law firm, before becoming general counsel for a real estate development and finance company.
In his current practice, James represents individuals in civil rights, employment, probate, professional negligence, and other types of cases.

Vincent Wang
Vincent Wang is an Attorney at the Law Offices of Vincent Miller. His practice focuses on civil litigation and civil rights advocacy aimed at advancing systemic change.
Prior to joining the firm, Vincent served as a Staff Attorney at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, where he litigated housing-related matters throughout Los Angeles County. He also previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Hawaiʻi State Judiciary, where he worked closely with the court on family law matters.
Vincent earned his J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and holds an LL.M. from University of Southern California Gould School of Law. He is admitted to practice in California and New York.
